Sheraton Tampa Brandon Hotel

Everything else was ok besides the restaurant

The way the hotel is set up is unique. I loved the balcony. There is a lobby bar with live music, on certain nights of the week and the food was great.

The breakfast was excellent. The Hotel was beautiful. We were a little confused, we did think it was a bit closer to Downtown, the website was a bit vague on that. Everything else was great!!!

We had a wonderful experience with the staff. I had left my purse on the chair of the hotel bar and completly forgot about it. Thinking it was lost, i went to the front desk to ask for it and found out Carmelo the bartender found my purse and kept it safe. Nothing was missing and they held it for 3 whole days. I realy appreciate this staff member for his dedication to his job and the customers. Thank you Carmelo so much for keeping my purse safe. Rolando Sanabria also improved our experience in the hotel and helped me out with my questions and was very kind at all times.

I liked how our room was quickly changed after we informed the staff of the wet carpet and mildew smell.
